General

WHO SHOULD ATTEND SPARK CONFERENCE?

SPARK Conference is a gathering for local church leaders passionate about making disciples who make disciples. We encourage pastors, planters, staff members and key lay leaders to attend. We've intentionally structured the conference to help teams pray, process and plan together toward the launch of a disciple-making movement in their community.

Where is THE SPARK CONFERENCE TAKING PLACE?

SPARK Conference is hosted at Long Hollow Baptist Church. We are approximately thirty minutes north of Nashville International Airport.

Registration

WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION COST COVER?

Registration includes the cost of participating in the conference, a digital download of all conference sessions (including labs), and snacks throughout the duration of the conference.

If I need to cancel my registration, what do I do?

Refunds are not available; however, registrations may be transferred to another name. Transfers are available until August 1, 2018. To transfer, contact dallas@spark18.org.

IS THERE A GROUP RATE?

Yes, teams of 5 or more can register at a discounted rate. Please contact dallas@spark18.org if interested in bringing your team. 

Travel

WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD ATTENDEES FLY IN TO?

Attendees should fly to Nashville International Airport (BNA).

What time should I book my arrival and departure?

Registration opens Thursday, September 27 at 4:00PM (CST), with the first session beginning at 6:00PM (CST). SPARK Conference will conclude at approximately 7:00PM (CST) on Friday, September 28. Please plan your flights accordingly.

ARE SPECIAL HOTEL RATES AVAILABLE?

Yes. We have negotiated a discounted rate with various hotels in close proximity to our campus. Click here to see the list of properties that have partnered with us. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.

Pre-Conference Option

CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE PRE-CONFERENCE OPTION?

The Pre-Conference Discipleship Blueprint begins at 9AM (CST) on Wednesday, September 26 and ends at lunch (Noon) on Thursday, September 27. It is an optional add-on when purchasing your ticket for the SPARK Conference. There are only 175 spots available; spots will be granted on a first-come first-serve basis.

Conference Experience

ARE MEALS PROVIDED DURING THE CONFERENCE?

Select food vendors will be on-campus Friday during our lunch break. They will be serving a variety of options for a minimal price. This will eliminate extra drive time and give you time to talk with others on your team or those that you connect with at the conference.

CAN I SETUP OR PURCHASE AN EXHIBITOR SPACE FOR SPARK CONFERENCE?

We DO have limited vendor/sponsor space available. Spaces will be secured on a first-come first-serve basis. Email our team if you're interested in obtaining more information on how to become a sponsor of the SPARK Conference.

Will resources be available for purchase at the conference?

Several of our guests have produced helpful resources that will be available throughout the conference. As part of your registration, you will receive a free digital download of all sessions at the conclusion of the conference.

Does the conference provide childcare?

While families are important to us, our conferences are adult training events. Children and infants, including nursing infants, are not permitted in any of the sessions and childcare is not available.

Do you have wireless internet available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi access will be available to you throughout the Long Hollow campus.

What should I wear?

Conference attire is casual; you may want to bring a sweater as the temperature in the worship center may be cool.
